🕘 Shift Timings: Day Rotational Shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Handle inbound customer calls for a leading E-commerce process
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and payments
• Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional customer experience
• Be the voice that represents the brand with confidence and clarity

✅ Who Can Apply:

• Fluent in Bengali (mandatory) & English
• Undergraduates are welcome
• Communication and listening skills
• Flexible to work rotational day shifts

⚠️ Important Information:

• No planned leaves during the first 3 months (only emergency leaves allowed)
