Profile - Electrical Engineer


Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech - Electrical


Experience- Min. 5 + yrs in the same industry ( power electronics design, development, or applications. with hands-on experience with electrical design, power distribution systems, control systems, and testing. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like

MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, or LTSpice for circuit simulation.)


(Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, ETAP, PSpice, etc. Strong knowledge of power systems, energy management, and power electronics. Experience with control systems, including PWM techniques, feedback loops and digital controllers. Knowledge of battery energy storage systems, inverters, ems, bms.)

Job Description

Circuit Design and Development:

Design and develop analog, digital, and power electronic circuits for energy

storage solutions.

Perform system-level design for power electronics, AC/DC circuits, and other

electrical components such as HV, PDU, PCS, HVAC, BMS, EMS, etc.

Design, optimize, and implement power distribution systems for energy storage,

renewable energy, and electrical grids.

Perform load calculations, voltage regulation, and power quality assessments to

ensure system reliability.

Power Systems and Energy Management:

Design, optimize, and implement power distribution systems for energy storage,

renewable energy, and electrical grids.

Work on energy management and control systems, ensuring system efficiency

and compliance with industry standards.

Integrate passive components (e.g., HVAC, capacitors, transformers, FSS) into

the design, ensuring the system meets performance and reliability requirements.

Use simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB) to test and optimize designs before

physical implementation.

Control Systems and Automation:

Design and implement control strategies for electrical systems, including PLCs,

SCADA systems, and other automation controls.

Integrate control systems into larger energy systems, ensuring seamless

operation and compliance with safety regulations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Conduct electrical tests on systems and components to verify performance,

safety, and compliance with design specifications.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend solutions to optimize system

reliability.

Work on safety considerations, including fault tolerance, overcurrent protection,

and short-circuit protection in power electronics systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare technical documentation, including electrical design specifications, test

plans, and user manuals.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the design and integration

process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, power

systems, and sustainable technologies.
