Roles & Responsibilities :
The Electrical Leadis responsible for leading the electrical design, engineering, and gridinterface activities for utilityscale and C&I battery energy storage projects. The role ensures that all BESS solutions comply with applicable grid codes, safety standards, and customer requirements, from concept through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend electrical design of BESS plants, including singleline diagrams, cable sizing, grounding/earthing, protection schemes, and equipment specifications (transformers, switchgear, RMUs, UPS, etc.).
Define and validate gridconnection requirements with utilities (voltage levels, fault levels, protection interfaces, metering, power quality, and gridcode compliance such as frequency/voltage support, reactive power, and ramprate limits).
