BESS Engineer – Battery Storage & Power Generation
Rugby + UK-wide field work
Up to £45,000 + overtime
We’re hiring a BESS Engineer to join a growing energy solutions business working across battery energy storage systems and power generation.
This is a hands-on role combining workshop-based work in Rugby with national site visits and reactive call-outs.
The Role
Fault-finding, repair, and maintenance of BESS & generators
Workshop repairs and UK-wide field service
Working with Victron systems
Electrical testing and diagnostics
Customer-facing service delivery
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ hands-on BESS / power generation experience
Strong electrical fault-finding skills
Experience with Victron systems (preferred)
Flexible with travel and staying away when required
NVQ Electrical / Plant Maintenance (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
