  1. Participation in community, social and civic activities
  2. Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
  3. Daily Personal Activities NDIS Registered Service in QLD

Better Together Services head office is located at 2a Phillip St, Toowoomba, QLD 4350 and provides support for 4 disability sectors including:

  1. Down Syndrome
  2. Acquired Brain Injury
  3. Autism Support

Services

  1. Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transition and supports
  2. Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
  3. Daily Personal Activities
  4. Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
  5. High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
  6. Participation in community, social and civic activities
