Beverage Program Supervisor

Overview The Beverage Program Supervisor is a hands-on, hourly leadership role responsible for leading beverage training and upholding beverage standards across all cafe locations.

This role serves as the company-wide point person for barista onboarding, skill development, and quality control, ensuring every drink reflects the brand’s standards for consistency, execution, and hospitality.

In addition to training, the Beverage Program Supervisor plays a key role in developing and maintaining an exceptional, house-made beverage program spanning specialty coffee, tea, matcha, seasonal beverages.

This role blends deep beverage expertise with coaching, documentation, and operational excellence, supporting teams across locations, reinforcing standards, and troubleshooting execution and equipment issues to ensure consistency company-wide.
