Job Description
Candidate Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with candidates to resolve documentation gaps and verification issues
- Ensure compliance with Indian employment standards and company policies
- Support adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements including POSH, PF, ESI, and labor laws
- Handle onboarding for PAN-India hires across multiple states
Workday Onboarding & HRIS Management
- Create and maintain candidate profiles, job requisitions, and onboarding tasks in Workday
- Trigger onboarding workflows including document collection, joining formalities, and induction scheduling
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Workday modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM
- Support configuration updates, testing, and enhancements for India-specific Workday processes
Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Generate reports and dashboards for BGV status, onboarding progress, and compliance metrics
- Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR stakeholders to resolve workflow or data issues
- Provide operational support for audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks
