Candidate Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with candidates to resolve documentation gaps and verification issues
  • Ensure compliance with Indian employment standards and company policies
  • Support adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements including POSH, PF, ESI, and labor laws
  • Handle onboarding for PAN-India hires across multiple states

Workday Onboarding & HRIS Management

  • Create and maintain candidate profiles, job requisitions, and onboarding tasks in Workday
  • Trigger onboarding workflows including document collection, joining formalities, and induction scheduling
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Workday modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM
  • Support configuration updates, testing, and enhancements for India-specific Workday processes

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Generate reports and dashboards for BGV status, onboarding progress, and compliance metrics
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR stakeholders to resolve workflow or data issues
  • Provide operational support for audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks
