About the Role

A large enterprise organization undergoing a multi-year finance transformation is seeking a senior Power BI Architect to design and scale its enterprise reporting environment. This role will establish governed datasets, semantic models, and KPI definitions that support finance and operational reporting across the organization.


The role partners closely with finance, accounting, data governance, and enterprise systems teams to replace Excel-based reporting with scalable, trusted Power BI solutions.


What You’ll Tackle

  • Design enterprise Power BI datasets and semantic models.

  • Define KPI logic and business rules for finance reporting.

  • Build standardized dashboards for FP&A and Accounting.

  • Optimize Power BI performance, refresh strategies, and governance.

  • Partner with ERP and upstream system teams.

  • Document models and support user enablement.

  • Deep Power BI expertise (DAX, modeling, performance).

  • Strong SQL and analytical modeling skills.

  • Experience supporting financial reporting functions.

  • ERP and finance system integration experience.

  • Ability to work independently in complex environments.
