BI Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI Stack - Ability to interpret, transform, and visualise data - Solid understanding of data modelling concepts - Awareness of data governance, quality, and compliance principles - Strong Excel skills for quick-turnaround analysis, including advanced formulas and pivot tables - Familiarity with row and column-level data access concepts - Ability to analyse business challenges and communicate solutions clearly - Proficiency in Power BI from data shaping to dashboard publication - High level of confidence in SQL and exposure to Microsoft Fabric
