• Define and implement the BI strategy and roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize a robust BI infrastructure, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with leadership, business units, and IT teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of BI projects while maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Manage BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, MySQL, Data Lake) and explore new technologies to improve capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team, including data analysts, report developers, and data engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, data architecture, or analytics roles, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouses.
• Solid understanding of data governance and modern data cataloging practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• EU citizen or valid work permit to work in Spain.
