THE ROLE

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordination and completing high quality EOI's and tender responses.

  • Coordinate all deliverable for tender submissions and ensure compliance with strict timeframes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
  • Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies, branding and industry regulations
