Overview

Summary: The Bid Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the bid process for the organization. This includes identifying bid opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with all bid requirements. The Bid Coordinator will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure that bids are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the bid process, including identifying potential opportunities, conducting research, and coordinating proposal development.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and sub-consultant information necessary for proposal development, such as project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Prepare and submit proposals in accordance with client requirements and firm standards, including writing, editing, and formatting proposal content.
