Bid Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity within our Bid Team for a Bid Coordinator. Working within a small team at our Tamworth office, you will manage individual tenders and proposals across the phs group.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead on individual bids, working with stakeholders to produce high-quality submissions Run kick-off meetings, evaluate specifications, organise the sign off and delivery of the completed proposal within specified timescales. Develop persuasive bid content to meet the customer’s needs. Quality assurance of your own work Collaborate with relevant colleagues/managers and wider commercial teams to generate value added content. Either lead or support colleagues with business improvement projects designed to improve the quality of our submissions.
