Key Responsibilities

Bid Management

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for creative production services (e.g., video, design, animation, digital campaigns).
  • Analyze client briefs, RFPs/RFQs, and develop winning strategies aligned with creative and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare visually appealing bid documents, storyboards, and presentations that reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Maintain a repository of case studies, templates, and pitch decks for future bids.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal governance processes.
