This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of managing bids and proposals for creative production projects with proactive engagement in junior-level sales activities. Key Responsibilities
Bid Management
Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for creative production services (e.g., video, design, animation, digital campaigns).
Analyze client briefs, RFPs/RFQs, and develop winning strategies aligned with creative and commercial objectives.
Prepare visually appealing bid documents, storyboards, and presentations that reflect brand aesthetics.
Maintain a repository of case studies, templates, and pitch decks for future bids.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal governance processes.
