Hiring for Bid Manager role for Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Noida locations


5 to 15 years experience


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend business requirements and align them with suitable technological solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and place strategic bids, optimizing the win rate through effective collaboration with sales, commercial, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop high-quality content throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling proposals and presentations by integrating inputs from multiple technology and domain teams.
  • Identify interdependencies, develop a structured bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach in identifying key issues and priorities, delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities with a high sense of ownership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM / equivalent degree from Top-B schools preferred
  • Experience: 5 to 15 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with outstanding presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, target-focused, and committed to ownership throughout the pursuit cycle.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
