5 to 15 years experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend business requirements and align them with suitable technological solutions.
- Analyze requirements and place strategic bids, optimizing the win rate through effective collaboration with sales, commercial, and subject matter experts.
- Develop high-quality content throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft compelling proposals and presentations by integrating inputs from multiple technology and domain teams.
- Identify interdependencies, develop a structured bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
- Exhibit a proactive approach in identifying key issues and priorities, delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities with a high sense of ownership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM / equivalent degree from Top-B schools preferred
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with outstanding presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, target-focused, and committed to ownership throughout the pursuit cycle.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
