As a Bid Manager – Collaborative Contracts working in the Alternative Projects Center of Expertise (APEX) team at Pomerleau Construction, you will be responsible for leading estimating and proposal teams in developing highly competitive bids with client needs front of mind. Supporting our work on large-scale collaborative construction projects — ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion — you will collaborate closely with management, external consultants, and joint-venture partners to develop a winning proposal strategy.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to develop strategies for winning complex Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, IPD, and other alternative contracting model projects.
