Bid Manager (Engineering & Consulting) - Work from home

An established infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead high‑value tenders across donor‑funded, government, and private sector projects. This role works closely with technical specialists and senior leadership to deliver compliant, compelling proposals across diverse jurisdictions, supporting strategic growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of bids, EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, and unsolicited proposals across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
• Manage technical and financial components of tenders, including donor‑funded projects and multi‑lot budgets disaggregated by deliverable, personnel, and workstream.
• Oversee both donor‑style submissions and general government/private RFTs, with a clear understanding of differing formatting, financial modelling, and compliance requirements.
