Job Description

To support increased federal bidding activity, we are seeking a Proposal Writer to lead and support high-quality, compliant federal proposal submissions. This role is central to our growth, directly contributing to win rates and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Write and develop compliant federal RFP responses
  • Analyze mandatory and rated criteria
  • Draft technical, management, and corporate experience sections
  • Support resume compliance and criteria mapping
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and consultants
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure formatting, compliance, and submission accuracy
  • Maintain and improve proposal templates and content

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience writing Canadian federal government proposals
