Bid Writer | Essex | Salary: £41,000 – £45,000 + £4,700 Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bid Writer to join a growing pre-construction team. This role is central to securing new business by producing high-quality, compelling, and client-focused tender submissions for projects ranging from £500k to £5m .

Working closely with estimating, design, and delivery teams, you will develop persuasive bids that clearly demonstrate capability, innovation, and value to clients across a range of projects.
