Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork Bidding & Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant UI/UX and Web Development projects on Upwork.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to increase win rates.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and set up meetings.
- Maintain a high response rate and engagement with leads.
- Track and manage leads using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal design and development teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, Upwork bidding, or sales in the IT services domain.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design and web development services.
- Proposal Writing Skills: Ability to craft persuasive, well-structured proposals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Upwork, CRM tools, and lead tracking software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a UI/UX or web development agency.
- Understanding of Figma, Webflow, Framer, and other design/development tools.
- Proven track record of securing projects on Upwork.

Compensation & Slab-Based Incentives
