Bidding Supervisor

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Check and monitor bidding documents for each project
- Coordinate with different departments, consultants, and local government units (LGUs) related to bidding
- Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding
- Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening
- Monitor schedule of bidding projects from Pre-bid up to collection
- Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won
- Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time
- Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed
