Job Description

We are looking for a Bid Assistant responsible for supporting the Government, Enterprise, and Utilities clusters in bid requirements to generate revenue for SMSGT.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews bid documents of the procuring entities.
  • Prepares checklist of requirements based on the bidding documents.
  • Prepares the required forms based on the bidding documents; if not provided, creates forms with all necessary information.
  • Coordinates with Legal on issuance of Secretary's Certificate regarding authorized representative of SMSGT for the bid.
  • Coordinates with project owner on the technical documentations and signing of the documents for submission.
  • Coordinates with concerned Department Heads regarding completed contracts, ongoing contracts, and personnel.
  • Prepares Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC).
