Backend Developer & Big Data Engineer – Job Description 

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and data pipelines.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs with scalable microservices using Python, Java, or Node.js.

Develop robust ETL workflows leveraging Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native tools.

Manage and optimize data storage across SQL/NoSQL and distributed systems (Hadoop, S3, Snowflake).

Implement strong security, authentication, and data governance practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Data Science, DevOps, and Product—for end-to-end solutions.

Automate CI/CD, containerization, and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and real-time monitoring through observability tools.

Drive data quality, lineage, and compliance in large-scale environments.

Stay ahead on emerging technologies in backend frameworks, big data, and cloud ecosystems.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Preferred certifications in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) or Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) are an added advantage.
