As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Bilateral Interconnect & Carrier Partnerships Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced global telecom environment. 

Job Summary  

We are looking for an experienced Bilateral Interconnect & Carrier Partnerships Executive  to build and manage direct bilateral interconnections  with global telecom operators. This role is critical in improving call quality, cost efficiency, and routing stability  by expanding our direct carrier footprint and reducing reliance on aggregators. 

If you have strong experience in carrier negotiations, bilateral agreements, and voice routing , this role offers high visibility and real commercial impact. 

  What You’ll Do  

• Build and manage direct bilateral relationships  with global telecom carriers. 
• Negotiate bilateral rates, SLAs, CPS limits, and billing terms.  
• Work with NOC and Routing teams to ensure stable, high-quality traffic delivery.  
• Monitor KPIs such as ASR, ACD, PDD, CPS, and fraud indicators.  
• Resolve carrier-related quality, billing, and commercial escalations.  
• Support Sales and Product teams with coverage, costing, and feasibility inputs.

• Higher percentage of traffic routed via direct bilateral connections.  
• Improved margins through cost-efficient routing.  
• Consistent call quality across key destinations. 
• Strong, long-term partnerships with telecom operators. 

What We’re Looking For  

• Proven experience in bilateral carrier management or wholesale voice.  
• Strong understanding of VoIP routing and carrier KPIs.  
• Hands-on experience negotiating bilateral interconnect agreements.  
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
