We are seeking Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to provide services to families who primarily communicate in Spanish. Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with Autism Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations Reliable transportation Need to Know Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based settings All positions start part-time Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course Minimum 6-month commitment required Great Fit If You Have Experience In Education or early childhood development Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles After-school programs or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver) Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one If you’re compassionate, patient, and passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply and begin your career in ABA.
