**What is this role about?**:
As an **Accounting Support Representative**, you will be responsible for helping clients answer questions they have regarding the accounting tools provided by our client. You will be responsible for assisting and answering general accounting questions, as well as identifying errors and coaching the client on how to correct them in the tool.
