Job Title: Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounts receivable processes, ensuring the timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out customer account statements regularly
• Monitor and track incoming payments to ensure timely receipt
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies in QuickBooks
• Initiate follow-up emails and phone calls to clients with outstanding balances
