Position summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Coordinator (English C1) to provide administrative and communication support, coordinate internal processes, and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails in English and Spanish; manage internal and external communications professionally.
- Purchasing: Source suppliers, request quotes, negotiate terms and freight, issue purchase orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
