Job Description
ACTIVITIES
Provide customer service and support for telephone company. In addition, recommend complementary products to improve the customer experience.
WORK MODALITY
100% on site at Tecnoparque, located at Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education: High school diploma.
- Advanced level of English: B2 conversational.
- Minimum 1 year call center experience.
- Complete documentation.
- Availability for on site work.
SCHEDULE
- PAID training for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday
- an 8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break,
- Service window (from 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
- Monday to Friday, WEEKENDS OFF
