ACTIVITIES

Provide customer service and support for telephone company. In addition, recommend complementary products to improve the customer experience.

WORK MODALITY

100% on site at Tecnoparque, located at Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum education: High school diploma.
  • Advanced level of English: B2 conversational.
  • Minimum 1 year call center experience.
  • Complete documentation.
  • Availability for on site work.

SCHEDULE

  • PAID training for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday
  • an 8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break,
  • Service window (from 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
  • Monday to Friday, WEEKENDS OFF
