Job Description

A technology company in Canada seeks a dedicated help desk support specialist with experience in providing IT application support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in both English and French, with a strong background in functional testing, help desk operations, and effective communication with project teams. Candidates with experience in IBM TRIRIGA or other IWMS systems will be preferred.
