Job Description Job Description Position: Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Bilingual Preferred Setting: In-home (Paterson, NJ) Hours: Full-Time (Afternoon Hours) Pay: $24-$32/hour Make a Lasting Impact - One Child at a Time Spend your day working one-on-one with children with autism in their home, using evidence-based ABA therapy to improve behaviors and build meaningful skills. As a Behavior Technician, you'll implement treatment plans designed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help families navigate everyday challenges. Position Highlights: Afternoon hours with flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay: $24-$32/hour Supportive, collaborative clinical team 40-hour RBT course available Growth opportunities in the ABA field Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and personal vehicle Experience with children required; ABA experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred Who Thrives in This Role: You're passionate about working with kids, organized, patient, and open to learning.
