Job Description
• Degree in international business/management or relevant fields
• Computer Skills: MS Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Project Management/CRM Tools: Slack, Trello, Odoo, SalesForce • At least 8+ years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development and strategic planning. • Knowledge of both Franco-Ghanaian business and international environment and trade and investment ecosystem, industry and market trends as well as domestic regulations is an asset.
• Prior or relevant experience in developing and executing international business strategies, including market entry plans and sales strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Dynamic, reliable, pro-active, autonomous, attention to detail, ability to respect deadlines, team spirit, inter-personal skills.
The Business Development and Market Entry Services Director and renders services to French, Francophone and/or Ghanaian companies and contributes to the facilitation of trade activity between the countries involved.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Identifying and researching potential B2B opportunities for companies (joint-ventures, capacity building, technology transfer, knowledge sharing, financing opportunities).
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and accounts
• Networking with potential partners, clients, and industry leaders, building strong relationships to facilitate business development.
• Developing proposals, managing contracts and agreements, negotiating contract terms with clients and third parties
• Monitoring project teams and stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gathering useful information from client and competitor data
• Making and giving presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders
