Position Overview
We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based customers in English.
- Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints.
- Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.
- Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives.
- Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service.
- Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (required).
- Language Skills:
- Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory.
- This is a 100% bilingual position; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes.
- Experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms.
