Customer Service Representative - Sales Minerals (all genders)

Your position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts within the Minerals sector, primarily across Southern Europe. Acting as a key support to our Sales Managers based in Italy, you will ensure a high level of customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales and Logistics. As part of a motivated, global team, you will collect and validate data, prepare and analyze reports, and proactively communicate opportunities for improvement.

  • Processing purchase orders from Europe, managing customer billing and generating invoices, credit and debit memos
