As an Early Careers Recruiter at Arup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional early‑career talent across our Americas Region and be actively involved in enhancing our university relations and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programs. This is a fixed‑term contract role scheduled to end in February 2027.

This position is future‑focused, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, technology, and inclusive practices to build a strong pipeline of graduates and interns, with a focus on our co‑op programme, who will help us deliver sustainable solutions for the built environment.
