Bilingual Care Coordinator

By working closely with members and community organizations, the Care Coordinator Representative helps bridge the gap between individuals and the resources that empower them to grow and succeed. This role is key to advancing our LOVE, LEARN, GROW philosophy, ensuring each member feels valued and supported in their journey.
