The Client Care Specialist, reporting to the Care Center Manager, is responsible for delivering professional, compassionate, and high-quality customer service. This role supports clients through effective communication, strong organizational skills, and in-depth product knowledge while ensuring all administrative and operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a bilingual role, requiring fluency in both English and French to effectively support a diverse client base through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
