Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative with one of our Clients in CDMX. The role involves tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience as well as Retention and Cross Selling if needed.

Qualifications


  • At least year of Experience in Customer Service, Retention and Cross Selling.

  • Completed High School (must).

  • Advanced English level (B+ and above).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Schedule flexibility and availability to work on-site.
