**BILINGUAL CUSTOMER CARE AMBASSADOR**(_Spanish_)
- Food & Beverage Industry Account_
The Customer Care Ambassador is responsible for order taking, tackling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on - all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.
Must have:
- Minimum of 3 months work experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent command of the English & Spanish language, and is an effective communicator both oral and written
- Has a personal **computer** with **Internet Connection**:
- _* Processor: 4 cores and 8 threads_
- _* Memory: 16GB RAM Storage 240GB SSD_
- _* Connection: at least 50 mbps wired_
- Can work with mínimal supervision
