A U.S.based company that finances, buys, and sells used cars, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly professional manner while building and maintaining strong, close business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate support.
**Schedule**:
- TRAINING 2 WEEKS:_
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00
- AM SHIFT: _
Mon - Thur (8am a 6pm)
Fri and Sat (8am a 5pm)
- PM SHIFT: _
All week (11am a 8pm)
- 2 DAYS OFF:_
(Sunday + 1 week day off)
2 breaks of 15 minutes and lunch time 1 hour
**Profle**:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.
- High performer with proven exceptional QA score in previous call center jobs.
- Customer Service oriented. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
