Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a final client in the Food & Beverage Industry opportunity in Mexico City:
The Call Center Customer Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through inbound and/or outbound interactions. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office (Polanco) and 2 days working from home
