Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and log all calls in HEAT CRM. Must possess bilingual skills to communicate and translate for our international customers. Accountable for telemarketing sales to customers including contacting customers to solicit orders. Coordinate product delivery, billing, and payment of product sold.
