ACTIVITIES

Provide customer service and support for internet or cable services. In addition, recommend complementary products to improve the customer experience.

WORK MODALITY

100% on site at Tecnoparque, located at Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

SCHEDULE

PAID training for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

an 8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break, 5 days a week within the service window (from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and 2 days off, 1 day on Sunday and 1 additional day during the week.

WE OFFER

  • Base monthly salary from $14K MXN up to $18K MXN before taxes (depending on experience)
