Bilingual Support Rep (Remote)

We are looking for tech-savvy, bilingual problem solvers to support a fast-growing trucking software platform. If you're cool under pressure and love making complex tech feel simple for users, let's talk.

The Shifts

Overnight: Mon–Fri | 12 AM – 6 AM EST

Weekends: Sat–Sun | 9 AM – 7 PM EST

What You'll Do

  • Solve Problems: Handle incoming phone, chat, and email requests regarding software and account issues.
  • Tech Guidance: Help truck drivers and fleet managers navigate web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Take Ownership: Manage help tickets from start to finish using systems like Zendesk or HubSpot.
  • Keep it Simple: Turn technical headaches into easy solutions for our customers.

What You Need

  • Languages: 100% Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a fast-paced contact center.
