Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Full Time, Permanent
Location: Remote, Must live in the Greater Toronto Area
Hours: Mon-Fri – must be flexible from 7:30 a.m. to a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Hours vary: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (40 hours/wk.)
Salary: $65,000

Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual – English/French (Spoken and Written).
- 3 years of Product Order Management / Customer Service experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the capability to provide support during customer visits.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an asset.
