We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fabulous team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Role Purpose

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides vital customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. The Bilingual CSR provides an excellent standard of service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
