**Overview**:
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients calling the clinic. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every caller.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Call Handling**: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Address patient inquiries or concerns and transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Message Management**: Accurately document and send messages to the clinic’s medical staff regarding patients’ needs or requests.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule, modify, and cancel medical appointments using the client’s internal system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **System Navigation**: Operate within Epic EHR to manage patient information and appointment logistics.
