Bilingual (English and Spanish) mandatory.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in a professional setting. Ability to carry a conversation with outstanding customer service. Ability to translate conversation if needed.

- Locating people via social media with limited information is crucial to the position.
- Clerical data entry is required.
- You must be proficient in typing, have attention to detail, and possess knowledge in Microsoft excel to include basic formulas.
